Dear phsspca,

I adopted Lola, a Chihuahua mix on 9/6/05. When I first took her home she was a timid little dog of skin and bones. Now she's gained 2 pounds and is a happy little dog that is spoiled to no end! When we brought her home, it was evident that she suffered some type of abuse or neglect since she had a particular fear of males. Her social skills get better each week and we couldn't have asked for a better behaved dog. Thank you for your help and guidance during the adoption process. She is truly a wonderful dog.
