Juliette - Adopted on 3/21/06

Juliette has adapted to our home and lifestyle very well. She is my shadow, but then I feed her. We have taken her camping and she loves laying on the cockpit on the front of the motorhome where she can see what is going on. At first we had trouble with her dashing out the front door, but now she seems to know that this is her home so is willing to stay behind while I run errands and volunteer one day a week. She does not ride well in a car as yet, so we put her in a crate and she settles down then. We have a trip planned to the High Sierras this August, a long ride for her so hope she will be more content by that time. As I have arthritis, I can not take her for very long walks, but my son tries to take her every so often and a 12 year old girl down the street likes to come by and walk her when she gets her homework done.
