| Happy Adoption Stories - Clio
Clio's had it tough - maybe because he hasn't a mean bone in her
body. She was brought back to Pasadena Humane Society twice by two
different adopters and once as a puppy. Her kennel card said that
she was not good with cats, had attacked other dogs multiple times,
that she ran away. It also said that she resided outside both day
and night. A little lonesome 'ya think?
Well, now she lives contentedly with four cats and my Xena (below). She and Tim are inseparable. She is the most intelligent, loyal, gentle dog ever. She loves to run in the park with Xena and Tim and I. When told to heel she does so immediately - with no leash!
It was serendipity that we met her. A volunteer was socializing her and there was an instant bond that will last forever. Thank you Pasadena Humane Society for giving her three chances.
By-the-way, we have to spell "Bye-bye" or she goes nuts with excitement.
