Thank you for your interest in adopting a pet! If you see a pet you'd like to adopt on our website, please visit our shelter as soon as possible. (Click for hours & directions). Though updated daily, pets listed online may not be available when you arrive for reasons such as prior adoption, return to owner, health or behavior problems.

1. Pets cannot be placed on hold for you by phone or email. You must come in person to our facility. We do not do long distance adoptions and do not ship pets.
2. Write down the animal's ID# and bring it with you.
3. Be prepared: read Before You Adopt for our adoption requirements.

If you would like to call to check if an animal still here just before you come in, you may reach our adoption desk at 626-792-7151 x137, but their status may change by the time you arrive.
