Rusnak Certified Pre-owned Porsches Help Certified Pre-owned Dogs from
Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA

Rusnak Porsche is teaming up with the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA to host a "Cayenne for Canines" adoption day at the dealership on Thursday, June 16 from 3:30 to 7 pm.

For the first time, Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) is working with The Humane Society of the United States to support and promote Certified Pre-owned Porsches and Certified Pre-owned dogs in ten markets across the country, including Pasadena.

As part of the program, PCNA is donating one Certified Pre-owned Cayenne to the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA to use to transport supplies and dogs during a six month period.

Porsche's Pre-owned vehicles go through a rigorous Certification process before they go to a new home. To help the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA get their pre-owned pooches ready for adoption to a caring family, PCNA is donating $3,000 to the participating shelter in each market to go toward such services as spaying/neutering and vaccinations.

"Sequoia", the Search and Rescue Dog, along with puppy "Shasta", the little addition, will make a special guest appearance with Rick Strasser, Dog Trainer Specialist. Visit the world of "The Wagging Tail" to view designer and custom-made offerings to accent your dog's wardrobe for their distinctive style and the décor of your home. Each dog adopted at Rusnak Ford on June 16 will receive a "certified pre-owned" certificate of authentication from Porsche. Interested parties can also arrange for a test drive in a Certified Pre-owned Porsche. Those wishing to contribute to the program can bring leashes, toys, dog bowls etc. to donate to the shelter.
